Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Electrician Services by LeDiode, Inc.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of electrician services ("Services") provided by LeDiode, Inc. ("Company", "We", "Us") to the client ("Client", "You"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Scope of Services

  • The Services provided by LeDiode, Inc. shall include all electrical work agreed upon between the Company and the Client, including but not limited to installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection of electrical systems.
  • Any additional services or variations from the original agreement must be mutually agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges.

Quotations and Estimates

  • All quotations and estimates provided by LeDiode, Inc. are based on the information provided by the Client and are valid for a period of [30 days] unless otherwise stated.
  • LeDiode, Inc. reserves the right to amend quotations or estimates if there is a change in scope, materials, or unforeseen circumstances.

Pricing and Payment

  • The Client agrees to pay for the Services as outlined in the quotation or estimate. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • A deposit of [25%] may be required before commencing work. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the work, or as per the agreed payment schedule.
  • Invoices are due within [30 days] of the invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of [10%] per month.

Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must provide access to the premises and ensure a safe working environment for LeDiode, Inc. electricians.
  • The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, permits, or consents required for the work to be carried out.
  • The Client must disclose any known hazards or issues with the electrical system before work commences.

Warranty and Liability

  • LeDiode, Inc. guarantees its workmanship for a period of [12 months] from the completion date of the Services. This warranty does not cover materials, which are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
  • LeDiode, Inc. is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the improper use, alteration, or maintenance of the electrical system after the work is completed.
  • LeDiode, Inc. will not be held responsible for any delays, damages, or additional costs caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or third-party actions.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If the Client wishes to cancel or reschedule the Services, they must provide at least [48 hours] notice. Cancellations made within this period may incur a cancellation fee of [X%] of the quoted amount.
  • LeDiode, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Services due to unforeseen circumstances, and will provide as much notice as possible.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement if the other party breaches any material term of the Agreement and fails to rectify it within [14 days] of receiving written notice.
  • Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date, including any materials ordered or supplied.

Health and Safety

  • LeDiode, Inc. adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations and expects the Client to ensure a safe working environment. LeDiode, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or suspend work if the environment is deemed unsafe.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any information obtained during the provision of the Services, except where disclosure is required by law.

Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation in good faith.
  • If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may seek to resolve the issue through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State].

Severability

  • If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

Amendments

  • LeDiode, Inc. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client and will apply to future engagements.

Entire Agreement

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
